Return & Refund Policy

  1. You can ask for exchange and refund before parcel ship out.
  2. If the item has quality problem, please contact us in 7 days after you have received your items.
  3. If parcel lost in shipment, we 100% promise resend new parcel.
  4. Under normal circumstances, the items you receive are the same as the order, and we do not support refunds, exchanges, and returns.
  5. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. As we ship the product , we will set less than $10 at the amount side of that pacakage to prevent custom fees charged.
